The registration form allows you to register two or more participants from the same company or organisation. Immediately after the registration of the first person there is possibility to register next one. Business and invoice date fields are filled automatically.

Payment
After completing the registration form the participant will receive by email the copy of the registration form including the guidelines for payment:

• the active link to the payment by credit card, only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• the details of bank account for the bank transfer
  

The registration will be confirmed, when the full payment is received. If payment is not made within 10 days, the registration will be cancelled automatically.

Payment using the bank transfer will be possible only until August 15th. After this date payment will be possible only by credit card or on place, by cash in PLN.

The invoice will be issued immediately after receiving the payment and sent to the participant by email. If you do not receive an email with a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact the organiser: eaap2015@symposium.pl

Final Registration
Participants must register at the Registration Desk at the building 23 upon arrival at the Conference. Please remember to bring your confirmation of participation.
It is personal responsibility of participant that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmed, please contact:  eaap2015@symposium.pl  immediately.

Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)
Cancellations will be accepted as follows:

Presenting authors of accepted abstracts:

• Before June 10, 2015: Full refund of the registration fee, less 125 PLN (30 EUR) handling fee
• After June 10, 2015: No refund
  

Other participants:

• Before June 30, 2015: Full refund of the registration fee, less 125 PLN (30 EUR) handling fee
• After June 30 till July 31, 2015: 50 % of the registration fee
  
• After July 31, 2015: No refund
